I believe in one man sticking with one woman

Afrobeat artiste, KiDi has emphatically stated that he strongly believes in remaining with one partner when it comes to relationships and love.

The ‘Lomo Lomo’ hitmaker revealed in an interview on Asempa FM that he subscribes to the “one-man, one-woman” philosophy, because he learned from his parents’ long-lasting relationship.

“I grew up watching my mum and dad build something beautiful together. They’ve been together for years, and that has shaped how I see love and family,” he said.

KiDi emphasised that as a Christian, his belief is personal and not something he intends to impose on others.

“Muslims are allowed to marry more than one; Christians are not, so I cannot say what’s right or wrong for anyone else. What works for one person might not work for another. For me, as a Christian, I believe one man, one woman is right,” he added.

According to the 2022 Telecel Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year, his family experience taught him the virtues of loyalty, commitment and partnership, which he plans to maintain in his own relationship.
